*Warner Brothers and DC Entertainment will be headed to the Nations Capitol for the world premier of their new CW superhero show, Black Lightning.
During the Martin Luther King holiday weekend, DC Entertainment and Warner Brothers Home Entertainment will be teaming up to bring ‘DC in DC’ a landmark pop culture event that brings together the worlds of entertainment and public service to illuminate the story of America and current issues through the lens of comics and Super Heroes.
The events will take place January 12, 13th and 14th at the Newseum and will end with the world screening of the new DC/CW superhero show, Black Lightning.
The event plans to bring several guests including The stars of Black Lightning — Cress Williams, China Anne McClain, Nafessa Williams, Christine Adams, Marvin “Krondon” Jones III, Damon Gupton and James Remar — along with executive producers Salim Akil & Mara Brock Akil.
This is definitely an event that black nerds and nerds in general do not want to miss!
